Desha Senter, the team lead, led the installation. They were on time, careful with the television they were installing, carried away the old TV and packaging (leaving the floor clean) and set it up as advertised...in short order and left me fully up to speed on my new OLED TV. What can I say but an excellent Geek Squad effort.

My TV’s were installed well. But I have purchased over $8000 worth of items and have had too much trouble with the refrigerator. It is not level and the ice dispenser has stopped working. And I can’t get anyone out here to service it. Your organization is far, far better at sales than service. Because of this, I am not happy.

The 2 techs that swapped out my outside tv and soundbar were very professional. Did a great job. I was very impressed.

I had delivery plus installation for LG TV, scheduled for 7:30am to 11:30am. but unfortunately delvery guy didnt show up , I was waiting home all day. despite multiple calls I didnt get any assitance, I took off from work to stay home for this delivery. I was so excited for new TV, but Geek squad delivery team ruined it. Now they are saying me to reschedule it and wait for another two weeks as they dont have any appointments available. Dont use this service if you can pickup and setup this by yourself. Its so much painful. Amazon delivery is much better and always on time.

The mounted the wall bracket and TV professionally.

Gentleman from Geek Squad calls me to tell me they are short people since his helper is in the hospital. A woman shows up (clearly not who I spoke to) to mount a 50 inch TV. They are supposed to guide and recommend TV height (they are the experts) and this was premium installation. The cable and electric is integrated into the wall for wall mountings. They mounted it much too high, with wires hanging. Disappointed for $200 and customer service hasn’t gotten back to me. BEWARE!
