The installation team was beyond wonderful. They were quick because they knew just what they were doing. Friendly. Kept me informed of their arrival time.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all wires for the antenna and PS5. We just moved into this house, they previously mounted my TV in our apartment, too. Great service both times!

I was in the hospital during the time of installation but my mother in law was here and she said the installer was very professional and courteous. He followed up with me the entire time to ensure to let me know what time he would be at my home. I’m very happy and satisfied with the installation.

The Geek Squad Agent mounted my TV & sound bar in a very professional manner. He was very efficient and informational as he installed everything. He made sure to clean up after himself and was sure to not leave a mess behind. He also answered any and all questions (to the best of his knowledge) that my husband asked.

The Geek Sqd bent over backwards to make up for misinformation by the sales staff. Sales staff told us the Geek Sqd would come with numerous mounts that we could pick from. We had to buy our own. Sales staff need to know what the Geek Sqd can do and cannot do. Geek Sqd was not familiar with the remote and as a result we were left to figure it our on our own with no instruction book. We are still trying to figure it out.

Three techs could not even figure out how to remove an old mount. Said it was screwed in behind the board it was attached to and I would need an electrician to remove an outlet cover because they were not allowed to touch electricity. The mount was indeed screwed into the wall from the front and I removed it myself. But this delayed my installation by almost a week. They also pulled the old TV forward and broke the HDMI cable which I had to replace and fish down the wall myself. They also said my current surge suppressor which had been plugged in before would not fit due to placement of the mount. I believed them, but after they left, I tried it and it indeed fit and I installed the mount myself. They cracked and chipped the stone they drilled into. And since the TV was a return and a purchase of a different model due to the first TV missing a power cord and remote, they did the sale as a replacement, which caused me not to have a receipt or any evidence on my account of the purchase. After going round and round with customer service and speaking to at least 15 agents and 2 store trips, they found my purchase but are still unable to print me a receipt for all items unless they did a return and a new sale. But is still missing the payment for the install. Also, this delayed and caused several hassles and a trip to the store to get a price match, which could not be done online due to the fact that it was done through GeekSquad and no receipt pin #. Never does Geek Squad come out and fix or install anything the first time. It always requires 2 or more visits. The techs were friendly and courteous and did eventually get the TV installed.

my previous 63 inch plasma tv stopped working, and I purchased the sony 65 inch old TV. the old tv was very heavy, and removing that was a challenge, and then slightly different mounting required adjusting the brackets to replace new tv. The install crew was great and very expert, I would not have wanted to do a self install. Well worth the cost

Dan and Quinton were very friendly and did a great job! They communicated great on arrival time. I'll reccomend Geek Squad to anyone. The third party was suppose to install 3 weeks prior and never called and didn't show up.

They called before the arrived, and they covered their shoes. Installation was completed nicely and we had a pretty good interaction.
