VERY NICE DID A GOOD JOB CLEANED UP COMPLETLY SET UP TV AND ADDED MY SOUND BAR

Tech showed up on time and was in and out, placing the tv exactly where I wanted it.

Again the GerkbSquad made it easy and painless to upgrade our TV!

the televisions is a wonderful addition to the areas my husband spends his time in. His illness often keeps him confined to home and having these devices helps the time to pass quickly

Geek squad service was great. Professionally done and helpful hints. HOWEVER, Best Buy third party arrangements for the installation fell through three times because Best Buy could not figure out how to write a contract with the contractors to deliver as well as do the connection and set up. My advice is to take the stuff stuff home yourself if you can manage it or be prepared to wait for the in-house service

Two guys came to mount the TV....but only one was needed to do the work and it took 15 min.

David did an amazing job. They were in and out in about 1 hour and left ZERO mess. Very professional. Honestly I never write reviews if that’s shows the quality of work.

You get what you pay for and feel like I was the winner! Geek Squad rocks! They were super careful when entering my house, shoe covers, masked and professionals. Within about 10 minutes took the TV out of the carton, measured and hung my gorgeous 82" Samsung on the living room wall. I love Best Buy!!

The Geek squad crew was awesome. They arrived as scheduled and did a fantastic job mounting the TV. They left everything clean and tidy.

The guys did not have the correct tools to remove the wall mount. They had to leave, so my neighbor removed the wall mount. They came back and installed new mount and one instead of two tv’s. Now I have to wait for second tv to be installed. Also, they didn’t stay to finish the set top boxes to fully activate.
