    They were friendly and courteous with us. They did a good job, but they are not consistent with communication and follow up. There was an issue with the setting up of the equipment and they let their superior know about it. We were supposed to get a call which we didn’t, so we called and they were aware of it . They were supposed to get back with us and we are still waiting not very pleased with that.

    The Geek Squad service was punctual and very kind. Personally, I wasn’t present but they updated me via text on everything that they were doing and I believe that is great service!
