The agent mounted my TV and connected all the devices.

If you are going to have Geek Squad install your tv and mounting system ask to speak to an installer while your in the store. They recommended all of the right accessories so that I didn’t purchase the wrong items. Installation was spot on and the crew was great.

The two Geek Squad members that hooked up our new tv were excellent. On time and were very informative about our new tv.

The value of the install and maintenance plan can only be described and excellent. The Sony 85" TV, Soundbar and Speakers became a completed project in just a couple of hours, and the follow up service is great. Got to have it.

The agents installed the new OLED TV. Then they made sure that the stereo system which is controlled by the master remote was operating and also showed me how to use the DVD player. They were patient, which I appreciated.

Had them install and wallmount a 65 inch curved TV. They did a nice job.

Anthony and Ahmed were great; they work the geek squad out of SugarLAND, TX., so get them if you can! I have always been very happy with the Geek Squad and keep the Total Tech protection.

Did a great job. Suggested. I replace my wall mount with a stronger one. The only one they had on the truck was the most expensive one. That was a little disappointing, but otherwise I was completely satisfied.

The tech's were very efficient and friendly. They explained how the Samsung smart remote worked and they helped me setup our streaming services. They were thorough and weren't rushed to get out. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the installation and operation of the TV.
