they did a great job mounting and hooking up all electronics.

The Geek Squad arrived with TV and Sound bar. The unpacked and mounted TV to wall bracket and connected soundbar. Then they connected my satellite service and streaming services. They instructed me on operation and had me practice. When they left they took packing material and old TV.

I think the TV and mounting crew ALWAYS go above and beyond! They do so much more than you think they are going to do and actually seem like they care which is hard to find nowadays.

The guys did a nice job and didnt rush the install. They were professional and very polite. They took the time to make sure that everyrhing was running correctly and explained to my wife and I. They also stuck to strick Covid protocol which was very nice.

The agents arrived with my TV visibly secured and safe. They were extremely respectful of COVID guidelines, and frequently asked questions to make sure that it was installed exactly where and how I wanted. They even did some minor cable clean up.
