Geek squad very well communicated arrival time. Agents were polite, informative and patient. Mounted my 75 in tv and dint need to use new mount purchased so saved me some money. Hooked up sound bar, Wii, DVD and cable and his cords as best as possible. Very happy with outcome and would definitely pay for this service again.

Overall the picture quality is good the installation and Melanie the gentleman did an excellent job the second guy who came out the first two came out did not seem to understand what they were doing. But I understand this from a third-party vendor overall I’m satisfied

The first time the Geek Squad came for their install, 8 people showed up, each taking a TV and each taking over a room in the house where they provided their magic. That was a lot of people each working in unison and getting the job done.

These installers are incredible. I would highly recommend a home consult and professional install if you are going to be putting a few items into your house. They spent hours efficiently installing the TVs and Sonos system and patiently helped us set up the apps with us so we understood how they worked. Greatest team ever.
