By the time they finished it looked even better than I expected

Yes, Nathan did fine. I just forgot to tell him to get rid of the DVR and load the SPectrum app on to the new Smart TV. My fault, just too forgetful while he was here.

The two people who arrived to hang out TVs were professional but also very friendly. Had the TVs up in no time.

The Geek Squad crew that came out and mounted my 65" television did a great job. They were friendly and arrived on time. I also had them run the wires behind the wall so that they would be out of view. Again, they really did a great job.

Installers very quick and knowledgeable about installation-very helpful

The technicians who did the install were very knowledgeable and provided a great install and instructions on how to use the new TV.

The GS personnel did a great job of removing the old TV and installing the new OLED TV in our master bedroom. Very thorough and cleaned up after the TV was installed. Total Tech is a great investment! Highly recommended!

Having the total tech package made this not only affordable but the easiest service possible! The guys that came were friendly, knowledgeable and good at what they do! They answered any questions and left with our TV mounted perfectly and just like we wanted it, so thank you!

The 2 installers from the geek squad were wonderful. I was working and had a family member present for install and they stayed in touch with me and gave me their recommendations for placement which was helpful.

For the most part was satisfied. However when I couldn’t get into Amazon movies he told me that it was installed. I had to have another geek squad technician come to remedy the problem. Other than that it was fine
