Awesome and excellent professional mounting installation!

Great holds a very large Sony television wall mounted

Ryne was good however the salesperson did not educate me on the tv so they installed for no reason

The gentlemen that installed my TV/sound system were truly amazing, not only were they exceptionally knowledgeable about the entire system, they were also thorough with the "how to use" training. And they carefully coiled and wrapped all the cords so behind the system is very neat and tidy, which makes me very happy!! To top it off they were very gracious, and kind.

The first installers were an outsourced company who incorrectly mounted the TV and jammed the wires behind the set (and fell down two days later. After contacting Best Buy they arranged for the Geek Squad to fix it. They should up on time. Talked us through the fix, rehung the TV, connected the sound bar and zip tied the wires. They were great. Would be 5 stars if we had not had to have dealt with the first poor installation.

The agents were punctual, extremely neat/clean, informative and efficient and offered recommendations for improvements with our cable company.

The guys knew their stuff, my tv looks great! They came in, mounted tv, cleaned up, and left. I’m still amazed at how the LG G3 looks flushed flat against my wall!

Easy to mount, nothing fancy, gets the job done. Basic options - move TV left or right, or tilt up and down.

They were fabulous- they took over and I supplied them with whatever they needed and the next thing I knew. There were sound. Albert & Wence ? They did a fabulous job.

Super Job by the Geek Squad team that delivered our 85” Samsung Q70 and mounted id were excellent!! They also installed behind the wall power bridge and sound bar for our system, the team was great!! courteous and professional and cleaned up after the job was done. Super Job!!!

As always Best Buy's Geek Squad is amazing. They do outstanding work and are committed to getting a job done properly and thoroughly. It is because of the Geek Squad that I only buy all needed technology products at Best Buy.

Brittany was awesome from Lafayette! I really am on the fence still with this purchase and the whole process since I did make it. Brittany at least kept her word and mounted the TV while offering numerous options and communicating very well

The tv mounters arrive on time and are very professional

Instillation was great. Two people arrived to install my 65" TV. Very fast and professional. I could have hung the TV but if I did it it might have fallen off the wall. The installers knew what they were doing and had all the necessary hardware for the project. They also removed my old MONSTER 60" TV...very happy with the service would highly recommend.

Geek Squad did an amazing job installing my new TV and soundbar. I’m a perfectionist and to my surprise they exceeded my expectations.
