    Tech arrived earlier than I thought. He was very courteous and helpful in figuring out where was the best placement for my tv install. I would use this service again, worth every penny.

    Excellent customer service and installation. Removed old TV and all boxes for new install. Had all additional equipment on truck needed for install -very pleased and will use again if needed

    Tv is great, installation amazing, technicians really good but my remote control is not working and I went to the store and they told me to buy a general one (works for samsung) and call Samsung to ask for a new one. What? I paid additional for the Best Buy service package

    Patrick and his associates from the Geek Squad did a splendid job in setting up our new Samsung TV. They were, as usual, extremely professional in dealing with the issues around the Covid age. We felt safe and confident of them while they were in our home. They are welcome back anytime for sure!
