My family wanted to setup our new 85" TV with professional help due to sheer size of the TV. It was my first time using the Geek Squad installation service and I'm glad we did! The whole setup took less than an hour and the team was super friendly! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you!

I was very happy with the installation service tech. He was experienced, had a solution for a problem with the position of the mounting brackets and where the electrical outlet was in the middle of the wall. He also took the time to ensure the tv was mounted at the correct height for comfortable viewing.

The guys called me when they was on there way to my house, was very professional and installed the TV with my mount that I purchased elsewhere onto the wall. hooked it up and took the boxes and cleaned up there mess. I would use the Geek Squad service again. Well worth it.

Excellent service! Very pleased with the experience. Both techs were knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. If I decide on another TV, definitely will request the service.

They did a great job - cleaned up after themselves. My 2 gripes was that my soundbar is my main sound and I did not want that and will have to call them again and do it on my own. Second thing is that when they set up the wi fi with velop, they did not differentiate between wi fi password and router password. Also, wanted a guest wi fi password and should have been able to right then - now have to do it again. Not happy about that.

My agent German installed the wall mount and mounted my LED tv to it. Very professinal attitude and did extra work to make sure our WiFi was as efficeint as possible. Improvement to Wifi is noticable when using the TV.
