I bought a new car audio from best buy for my Honda civic car and had Geek squad at Rockaway mall, Dover, NJ, installed it. just after a month the kit started coming out with cracks on side bottoms of the plastic kit. Went to geek squad to have fixed but they simply claimed someone tried to break it so they can not fix without charging another 40 bucks. They talked as if I broke it intentionally. I just could not believe they way talked. Horrible service, I regret going to geek squad and would not recommend them at all. You can not trust them for professional service, you will have to make sure on your own that everything is done correctly.

I took a stereo deck to a BestBuy in Mesa, the one on Signal Butte, and asked to have it installed in my car. I didn't buy the deck at this BestBuy, it was gifted to me by my brother. The Geek Squad agreed to install it for me. It was done in a timely manner, for what needed to be done. But after I left BestBuy, my left tail light didn't work anymore. I went back, and the Geek Squad guy told me that sometimes, the fuses get messed with when a new stereo deck is installed. He fixed the problem, but the next day, my AC/Heat knobs wouldn't turn to save my life. The stereo is installed, and it still works, but now, my left brake light and my AC/Heat knobs don't. Coincidence? I think not.

I think the radio looks installed properly and the subs are working.
My car went in with heat and I had a very cold and foggy ride home. I was rushed out the door and didnt have time to even look at the work.
The install fees totalled up to 190 on the website and I had all of my own wiring, face plate and harness and it added up to a 345 dollar estimate. The web site was way off from the service I got. No one was there to go over the install with me and I had to ask twice to get someone to open the shop door so I could get my car out.
