First time with an apple tv and i'm glad to have it

Great product! Will recommend to friends and fam!!

We purchased it refurbished from Best Buy. It looked very used and has some issues with the remote.

Love the product. Getting use to the touch remote was difficult, but overall solid!

Loving Apple still have some obvious bugs, never the less still a good product.

New Apple TV has some cool bells and whistles and nice new software

For the parents they loved it and they happy so I'm happy

bought the refurbished apple tv. I was not able to connect to the TV. TV is probably 5 years old but connecting perfectly to the apple tv 1 and now the new amazon fire stick.

Was an ok home media player. Could not do things other Android media players can do. But this is much faster than others.

A little annoyed that this requires direct wire hook up to my modem to work. Also set up was frustrating.

Was unable to get remote to be able to set up. Sent it back for a refund.

Purchased this as refurbished model to save money. Within thirty days it quit working. It was a lemon. Returned and purchased the exact same one as a brand new model and it has been working seamlessly ever since.

It did not come in retail package. It did include the apple tv, power cable, remote, and the remote cable. The device works and functions like new. I checked the Apple warranty and it expires February 2017. I purchased it in June 2017 during the flash sale for $95 so it was used for about 5 months. Obviously YMMV. New retails for $125-$150 so consider that and if it is worth the extra cash for full Apple warranty/new condition. The unit works as it should without issues. Plex works great and the cover art/interface is beautiful. It does lack google play and vudu/UV movie apps. No 4K either. The remote voice control works great. The biggest pro i would say is the beautiful use interface and fast streaming, especially with wireless AC. The touch control is not the greatest for navigation, it is more work to swipe than to press a directional pad (like the roku controller). I guess it can be useful for games but I don't use this for games. Also includes airplay which works good for youtube and not so much for displaying your desktop - there's too much lag.

I have all Apple products, but never a TV. I had never bought a refurbished item before, mainly because of the horror stories I've heard, but Bestbuy had a lot of good reviews on refurbished products from Geeksquad. Good thing because it saved me a few bucks and the tv works great. The packaging was as new as it could look besides the Geeksquad sticker. It came with all the necessary cables all in good/new condition. It was very easy to set up. I use it to watch shows/movies that I've purchased through the store and hulu and netflix. Pretty basic but I couldn't be happier with it. The remote is a good upgrade from the previous generation. I have a feeling I might have to replace it sometime down the line due to my own clumsiness, but I'm not too worried.

This is probably one of Apple's best products because of how ahead it is in comparison to competitors like Fire stick, Roku, Chromecast, etc. It's very easy to use and is constantly getting updates. Soon will get tvOS 11. I was against getting it for a long time because the price was so high when compared to Chromecast or Roku, but it's worth it. I also like how the Apple TV is an international product and they make sure it can be used by just about anyone in any country. It's also very smooth and not laggy like Roku. It's worth getting if your "smart TV" is slow or laggy.

I love my Apple TV. I am a longtime member of the Apple ecosystem and it works beautifully. Also, the remote is a major upgrade.

This Apple TV is great, it's so easy to use. I have one hooked up to every tv in my house.

I purchased this Apple TV when they first launched, they were a bit disappointing but the recent updates have made the device much better.
