Apple TV® - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Apple TV doesn't work perfect.

We go north on the weekends and frequently stay where there is WIFI but no cable tv. I bought this refurbished for a great discount and even threw on a $20 rewards coupon, it ended up costing me $31 - BONUS! The remote and range it receives at are great, also the cord is very thick and much nicer than I expected (typical Apple power supple cord with the figure 8 shape at insertion). Both the unit and the cord are black, they hide well visibly. The variety of things you can access was more than I expected and I ended up loving that it syncs with my Apple photo's and music. It works very much like an Iphone, in that you just hit menu (home button) to click back a step out of any program (very simple). It's small and packs well for us when we travel, although it is in the den at the moment being used by the kids. We like it!

Potentially good deal on refurbed Apple TV. Unit worked great, but by the time you pay for the HDMI cable, you might as well buy a new one where the cable is included. Have seen other offers at same price that include HDMI since my purchase. Would buy another one if cable was included, but not without.

Purchased the AppleTV mainly to watch Netflix on the big screen and to Airplay from my ipad videos and pics. Works perfectly for both. Easy set-up. Seamless integration.

Wonderful window to the world of Neflix, Hulu, your Cloud etc... You get the best of all worlds in one product! And it's extremely easy to set up! Go for it!

Does its job. one of the remote button is pushed in. Occasionally the sound would not come on TV, I have to turn-off and On my TV to fix it.

Purchased for my daughter after reading the reviews and it works and looks just like new.

Some of the notable channels missing channels Amazon, and Vudu. About 1/10th the channels on the Roku 3. I know you can work around that, but why should I? Oh, so I have to have to buy another Apple device. Other than a small, hard to use, remote - and no channels, everything else appears to be fine. The only advantage for Apple TV, you can watch pod cast on your HDTV.

My refurbished unit arrived and I cannot tell it from a new one. Many of the channels were free because I have FIOS. Just to have the ACC network and Watch ESPN were worth the price to me. I also use this a Apple Homekit gateway that allows me to control Homekit devices from outside my home.

I was very familiar with the capabilities and features of the Apple TV (3rd Generation). So far, this refurbished model is working as well as I expected. I've only had it for a month, so time will tell.

Needed an extra Apple TV for guests and decided to try a refurbished unit. Had a minor problem with a sticking button on the remote, but the unit was fine in all other respects.

The ATV3 is a solid product, this is a good pice to add for anyone's apple Eco system. My only complaint is the remote, my MacBook picks up the remote so I do deal with whatever it is responding from other than that the product is solid

I was looking for a way to watch movies and cartoons for the kids in the basement. This was the perfect solution. Highly recommend Apple TV.

This refurb device came without install or set up manual. After I google the set up procedure, I was able to use it. Set up manual should be included with this product. Anyway, it worked.

I have Apple TVs and know how to set them up and how they work. This just does not work or was not tested. Right out of the box this Apple TV thinks there is an Ethernet connection so it will not look for WiFi. Called Geek Squad and the only thing they offered is to come to my house to check it out for a low, low fee of $149.99. Seriously, Best Buy? Seriously?
