My return date was less than 30 days so I didn’t get a chance to get back and return them either. Not super thrilled.

Unfortunately, the headphones did not have the foam tips, so I couldn’t even use them. I had to go to my local Best Buy and get them exchanged.

Earwax with my refurbished earbuds

The first pair I got were missing the medium tips so I called and Best Buy immediately sent me another pair to switch them out. The second pair I received was also missing the medium tips but in addition to that also had earwax smeared all on the inside of the carrying case. My question is did anybody even look at this pair? So I kept the original pair and sent the other pair back with the earwax. Still missing the medium tips I went online and just bought my own

When I finally recieved the earbuds i opened it and wasnt even able to try it. The ear buds and the ear bud attachemnts were filled with ear wax. I immediatley went to best buy and returned them. How do you sell a product without checking it?
