This is my 2nd pair of these, the ist ones were bought new and these sounds like they're brand new. Everything was included, they perform perfectly and sound great! I just with I had know that the price for new ones wewe going to drop the same week I picked these up. Had aI known that, I would have waited

I will say that the quality and ability to adjust various settings from an app is phenomenal. Battery life is great as well. The only downside was, that although I have no issues buying refurbished and actually prefer, the replacement ear pieces had wax caked in them. Other than that, the functionality of the buds is amazing!

Very very late delivery

The earphones are in great shape and work excellently. The only issue Inhad was with the delivery, it took more than a week for me to be able to get my product and so I had to wait awhile before being able to enjoy them, but great sound, great overall.
