Thebbuds stay in the ear extremely well even when exercising. The only slight negative is the microphone for calls but it's adequate for most uses

By far the most comfortable and secure fitting earbuds that i've owned. Sound and noise cancelling are top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair.

Sound quality poor; no real base very flat to the point of giving them away to someone or throwing them away. Had problems connecting to my iPhone and hard to do a hard reset.

Daily activities, working out , running. No issues. Even left them out in the rain for 3 days , let them dry out and they work perfectly.

Refurbished, maybe, but incomplete.

Unfortunately the tips that are missing are the size I would normally use. The tips that are included are reasonably clean looking I guess, but I’m definitely going to clean them before putting them in my ears. I’m really not sure what Best Buy thinks refurbished means, sometimes.
