EAR TIPS MISSING - MANY OTHERS SAY THE SAME.

Therefore, they can not be used without ordering a set of ear tips to use. VERY DISAPPOINTING SINCE IT STATES THAT A SET OF 6 EAR TIPS ARE INCLUDED. These are a fairly cheap part that BEST BUY should make the extra effort to be sure that they are included.

The earbuds look a lot more like they are pre-owned and used a lot. The ones I received weren't even clean and they were missing the standard size ear tips that they should come with. Disappointed with this order...
