Worst Wireless Earbuds Ever!

After he opened them, we quickly realized that all "included" accessories (eartips & charging cable) were not included with this box. I was able to purchase the eartips and had an extra USB-C charging cable. Now the earbuds will pair to an Iphone, but absolutely will not play music and will disconnect as soon as you pull the earbuds from the case. What an absolutely terrible product. As an added reward for trying to plan ahead, my return window has now closed and I'm unable to return them for a refund. So angry about this.

What a mistake. These buds showed up without the medium/standard size earpieces. The buds were placed in the case, backwards, and without the standard ear pieces that come with every single pair of of earbuds, anywhere! What a joke. They were immediately returned to the store. To top it off, I was not returned the shipping fee. I

Barely a month later and the right earbud is already going out and I can’t return it now. They just started not connecting reliably as well. Junk.
