The sound quality wasn’t even close to a $160 earbuds. No EQ customization available. The case is too big, flimpsy, and feels cheap. Not worth the price. The basic Airpods 2nd Gen sounds better. I tried something new, but this is why I don’t lol. Got the Sony WFXM5 instead. Cant top that. Best of luck to you guys shopping for the best earbuds. I tried the Airpods Pro 2nd Gen too, but the sound quality and ANC went to Sony.

BEST BUY WAS HORRIBLE

Was supposed to get charging cable, ear tips, warranty, and start guide. All I got was the earbuds and the right one is totally broken. HORRIBLE All Best Buy said was "sorry" and ordered me another one which was more expensive. Ummmmmmmm

The ones I got have many problems as they constantly disconnect from my iphone and ipad, also they have static problems as they keep sounding while not listening to any music.

I'd have to pause and start the song again and still wouldn't play sometimes. I liked how it fit in my ear though.

No quality vcheck on refurb?

Could not get them to maintain BT connection to any of 3 previously connected devices. Seemed to link while buds in charger but immediately fell off once buds taken off charger.Buds seemed to charge ok. Reset buds numerous times and rebooted devices but no connection . Was any QC done during refurb. Very disappointing. At least the return was easily accomplished. Pinglet
