At the beginning I didn’t like them but now I think they sound pretty good

Buying refurbished was cheaper but the sound quality wasn’t great and one of the earbuds kept going out. I’m sure that they aren’t all like that but it was my experience with them.

Trash . Charge doesn’t hold noise cancellation doesn’t work well. Best Buy is definately not a place to buy refurbished products! They don’t do a good job.

Worked great for two months but now the earbuds have a persistent static noise. I’ve reset the headphones a number of times which according to apple is supposed to fix the problem but it has not for me.

The noise cancellation feature does not stand up to an airplane ride and the ear buds are uncomfortable. I bought them because my Bose headphones are bulky to pack, but they are far superior.

Bought these 3 weeks ago and and already having issues with the left ear piece. Sometimes it doesn't connect for a while and other times the sound fades to a point that it is hard to tell if anything is playing on the left side.

Everything works fine it’s just they didn’t come with middle size ear buds only had large an small size so I had a to but a set to make them fit right

So far product works good but came with no cables and no earpieces never had this problem before with Best Buy ask for some type of credit they were unable to give me a decent credit so I can buy a cable so They’re in the process of sending me out another pair hopefully I get some accessories

So far they work really well. They truly are noise cancelling, even without music playing

Much needed working in the beauty industry, They actually stay in my ear, I love them!

This Is a great product for Christmas gifts and birthdays will be ordering this again

Unfortunately I received a bad refurbished set. The left ear bud kept generating a good deal of static making it hard to use. I also did not feel that wearing the ear buds were comfortable.

These are great! Like new and for half the price. Would definitely recommend.

This is my first experience with refurbished technology. I bought the same headphones new, but they were stolen. So I know how they are supposed to sound and behave. When I first received this I there were no medium ear tips, and one of the small were missing. I used some other ear tips from another pair of headphones to make them work. When I put them in they were pretty messed up. If you click the button, it made a loud hissing noise on the side you clicked. The noise cancellation mode didn’t work at all. It just made low hissing noise but I could still hear every small noise around me. Once again, I’ve had these headphones a week ago, so I know that normally they work great. First and last time doing refurbished.

I love these wonderful ear buds. Theyre a great fit extremely comfortable

I wold be more comfortable with them if they stayed in my ear, also the quality isn’t what I expected.

They work great to enhance the sound and even better to drown out noise.
