I get it's refurbished but they literally ****. They did not come with all the earbuds, specifically the small one's, and they also pop in my ear when they are on a loud volume. They were not properly inspected like they have been previously in years so I completely understand why best buy is where it is today. Dang. I use to love yall.

Missing parts and full of ear wax

Mine had no medium sized earbuds or charging cable and also had ear wax all over the earbud. I don’t think Best Buy even test or looks at the “certified refurbished” devices. For 50% off I figured it was worth a shot and I just got a dud. I do think Best Buy should do a better job to at least clean and make sure all the parts are in the box at the very least

Would not recommend to anyone who plans to use for work calls.

Missing Eartips | Buyer beware

The other two sizes were missing. Best Buy said I had to return them in person and they would ship me a replacement. The second set arrived with zero pancaking and two of of the three pairs of eartips that were supposed to be in the box. Their "Geek Squad Certified Refurbishment" quality control is clearing lacking.
