I bought these in, hoping that they would be better than beats were in the past, especially since Apple owns them now, but they sound muddy at best, I would bypass these the only good thing that these earbuds have going, for them is the fact that they hold in your ear just not that comfortable after five minutes though

Item was missing a set of ear tips and was not in original packaging with normal Apple paperwork.

Missing small and medium earpieces. It is suppose to bring three different earpieces sizes. Do not recommend buying online.

For the most part it works Sometimes it gets static every now and then which is aggravating while in the middle of a conversation

I bought refurbished, and like many had commented, they came without the mid size tips. Even without considering that, I can't understand the hype. The box is flimsy, and overall feel is cheap. The much hyped fit is just average. For just $20 more I much prefer AirPods Pro 2nd gen.

won't stay connected to phone i guess that is why they were previously returned.

Had trouble pairing with android phone. Seems geared for Apple phones.

I ordered this item and it came four days later than I was initially promised. It didn't pair with either my computer or Iphone, and I had already spoken with the tech people in the store to know they couldn't help me. So I called the Apple store and they accepted Best Buy's warranty and sent me back my repaired unit in only three days.

Agter 2 montgs chirping evho noise from ear Pierce that makes it hard to listen gave to turn it off

First of all i ordered the beats was supposed to arrive on sept 11 and i contacted them 3 times and everytime they told me its going to arrive today its been delayed for 4 days now and still no arrival.

Beats earbuds was ok for refurbished Sound quality wasn’t so good

This review is for the geek squad recertified beats fit pro. They arrived without any earpieces. I also could not get them to pair to my iPhone. I followed the instructions which said hold the button down for 15 seconds until it flashed between white and red. I held the button down for a good minute and nothing, I even charged it first. I’m returning it.

Great earbuds but its the first and last time I ever buy certified refurbished. After examining the buds for the fist time, they smelled so heavily of cologne from its precious owner it was egregious. When i purchased i figired it would have been just a unused retuned pair . Not the case and not refurbished to my standards.

Received on 7-3-24 and by 8-1-24 they no longer work. (only used it 3 times) and now it pasted the returnable date. think twice before buying a certified refurbished item from here. Never again will I

They dont stay in my ears at all I've tried every size of the plugs I don't like them

JUNK! Very short battery life four hours tops, The L side stopped working less than 30 days after purchase and Bestbuy basically told me to pound sand when I tried to get it repaired or replaced

These are NOT “refurbished” but rather simply returns jammed back into the box. First order returned because it had no ear tips. Second order now arrived with now power (usb-c) cord. Zero quality control. Not worth the headache (could luck working with their customer service). There are better options out there. Buyer beware.

The headphones they sent were broken. The right earbud would not work outside the case. When I returned them to a store they said “this is common with geek squad refurbished”.

One of the earbuds will not charge past 40%. Tries to return them to the store and they told me that I have to call a number and return them through there.
