Completely wrong item was sent. This is the second time this has happened. I will never purchase a refurbished item from Best Buy again.

don't buy refurbish ear buds. while the beats a great earbuds, these did not work had buzzing noises and i had to return to the store and they had such a hard time returning the device took over hour and half to return the device

Open box itwm was missing one if the ear bud sizes.

It was my worst decision to buy a refurbished item. Its not charging properly and only 20 minutes later its turn off.

Sound was off, did not sound as of same or similar quality to a new item. I would not recommend purchasing refurbished here. Very poor quality sound

This has been a struggle. Only one Bluetooth works. People tell me they hear static , the sounds goes in and out and even silent, when I use my right earbud. The left earbud works way better. However it’s after my return period and I am not happy with this purchase

My only issue it was not white but it works Great

Thr right ear bud button stopped working 3 weeks after I received these and it shows the return for my item is only 2 weeks?? BestBuy better correct this issue.

Ear bud. Clear as day the product was not tested at all. Unfortunately will be returning.

Received with a damage the right earbud with the ear hook coming off the rest of the bud, how the damage wasn’t caught is beyond me because it was very noticeable once you pull out the bud to use. Unfortunately whoever checked the buds for damage didn’t care.

Never delivered, even with repeated calls/inquires, no help from Best Buy. Had to protest the transaction via my credit card company to reverse the charge.

Was disappointed in the item, it came missing pieces, for the price paid it should of had all the extra pieces to change the sizes of the ear buds... Won't be ordering again

Not great sound quality and they fall out of my ears

First of all I didn't realize I was ordering a refurbished item, I was just so happy the beats was on sale, so I didn't read it but anyway it didn't work at all. I returned it right away.

Have only used the earphones a handful of times and now the left earphone sounds very dim and low. Basically its really muffled. Unfortunately it is quite a bummer. Will try to get a refund or a replacement because it is ridiculous how fast they messed up.

The fit is horrible. The sound quality is horrible. The case is too small for the earbuds when you put on larger tips. Just major design flaws. Case is flimsy. Everything about them is just horrible

Purchased it for my wife for xmas they were a refurbished set gotta admit, they say they are geek squad, certified, but not too pleased with the way that they repackage them with brown tape on the outside hopefully they work

Just received them today, well actually I didn’t receive anything just a box from best buy in my name with a coupon for hello fresh for 17 free meals.. I am on chat with support right now as I am writing this review waiting for a reply.

Horrible, bought two of these and both failed after a month. I bought these cause my Jabras kept falling out of my ear, but at least they worked!!!
