The process of purchasing was straight forward. Item arrived as described. The color is aesthetically pleasing and so far we’ve had a great experience with sound quality, fit, battery life and product usability. I was a little wary about buying refurbished but have a new perspective after getting these and will consider refurbished when available. Happy with my purchase.

Not really worth the price they sound like cheap earbuds

I have 2 sets of these and love them both. Best sound and fit yet. Firdt pair was brand new and second pair was refurb. Refurb was missing a set of tips but at the price i got them for im fine with that. If you buy refurb dont expect perfection.

Purchased as a gift for my wife. She's very pleased with these earbuds they are very comfortable and sound great. Unlike other earbuds the Beats fit don't fall out of your ear.

great sound and no call issues they do become uncomfortable after an extended period of time but that may differ for others battery life is great for both the pods and the case great range with bluetooth connectivity i can hold a conversation with the phone on 3rd flow while in basement. bluetooth connection for audio playback is also great

I bought refurbished to save a bit on these since I was skeptical to move to an in ear headphone. But the sound quality noise canceling and everything else has been awesome, only reason these aren’t 5 stars is it didn’t come with the mid size ear molds small has fit well but I feel like the mid ones would be perfect. Also still haven’t figured out if it’s my connection or the ear buds but the sound seems to get louder on certain songs.

These are as good as Apple air pods pro but stay I’m my ears when I am running. They are great with Apple iPhone or iPad. I would buy again.

The Beats Pro does a great job in staying my ears as opposed to the Airpod Pros. The noise canceling is ok for a ear pod. The sound is ok a little tin like sound compared to the rich AirPod pros. The spatial audio works real well Over all I would recommend them especially for staying in my ear.

This is the second time I’ll be buying these in refurbished condition. Sadly I lost the first pair I bought in an Uber ride and never got them back. The fit is perfect for my ears and the sound and noise cancellation feature are excellent. I even used them while wearing my AGV K1 motorcycle helmet on some riding occasions (with a little finagling). Don’t be afraid of giving these a try wether brand new or refurb, it’s a great buy indeed. 100% recommended!

These are the first pair of Beats headphones I've owned and they don't disappoint. I decided to purchase since the refurbished came at a good price. When I received the package, I was a little worried because the shipping box was damaged and a pice of it was ripped apart. Fortunately the device box itself was in good condition. All in all, they sounds great and I haven't had any issues with battery life or connectivity.
