Everything looks brand new and and all pieces were there. Sounds great and charges quickly. You would not know they were refurbished. Great buy and great experience.

They work just as expected. I was afraid that they would fall out when I move around but so far they stay in place!! I would definitely purchase them again.

The condition of both the case and earbuds was very good, and the noise-cancelling function was startlingly effective. One of the only downsides is the lack of wireless/qi/magsafe charging capabilities. The fit was very good for my ears, and I didn't have the previously mentioned problem of not having the "medium" earbud cover be missing in my package.

The sound is great. I didn't realize how much sound deadening can improve actual sound. But only a three star rating because although they stay in well, after about a half hour they begin to hurt my ears. I mean literally.

Great purchase! I was iffy buying these refurbish, but they work very well. They also came with an extended warranty which is a great surprise.

Wont stay in my ears. The mic isnt very good. Sound is nice.

Gave them a try being that they are Apple and I have always had AirPods but I couldn’t do it and ended up taking them back to get my AirPods. They just have a really uncomfortable fit.

I recently had a 3 hours flight and they work d perfect , cancelling noise and providing very clear sound during the flight

The product is good, the batteries don't last as advertised. The noise cancelling could be better. Mine came with only the large and small ear tips, but I didn't think it was worth to return only becaus it didn't came with the medium ear tips.

Best earbuds on the market. I love that they come with different fitting earbuds unlike the AirPods.

Was a little skeptical given a couple of the reviews but decided to go with it. Wanted to replace my AirPod pros that were constantly falling out of my ears during workouts. I usually go to the gym around 5-6 times a week and these are perfect for working out in. They stay in place and the noise cancellation is excellent. The controls on the earbuds are easy to use and even easier to customize. Battery level lasts around 1.5-2 weeks worth of gym trips. Highly recommended

Easy to use..sounds awesome...no connectivity issues

I had these brand new before and i noticed two things that were not the same as brand new ones 1. The volume doesn’t go as loud and 2. The part that helps stay in ear is lose.

Product arrived in excellent condition, not a scratch on it. Was missing the M sized ear tips, but the L fit me fine. It works great. No complaints.
