    Mine were missing the instruction manuals and medium size ear tips. Those didn't bother me too much. The earbuds themselves were mostly clean, but the case wasn't. The inside of the case was fine, but there looked like there was a ton of dead skin/dust around the charging port. That grossed me out. As for the earbuds themselves, they're okay. The ANC is pretty good and sound quality is acceptable. They didn't fit me well though. The wingtips weren't comfortable, and if they were exchangeable with other sizes, that may have solved my problem. I think I can get similar quality and more comfortable TWS earbuds at a similar or lower price.

    Sound good, battery life average connection good. The only complaint is The back of pods needs a lil padding, makes the inner ear sore. Barley use do to that issue

    Not the best product. Audio cracked at relatively high volumes and the earphones weren’t able to charge effectively with you out earbuds on them
