Love you here headphones, I would definitely recommend for someone who needs noise cancellation. I used them as a nursing student and I was able to survive in a noisy household because of them.

Purchased refurbished, no issues with ear buds themselves, seems to have more than adequate battery life, only complaint is the case hinge is a bit loose feeling upon opening & closing.

so far so good , even tough I set up spacial audio and removed it still feels like audio goes from one ear to next when moving. The noise canceling is awesome for mowing the grass .

These headphones are great, BUT if you are ordering the "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" version, you should know that there is a a very good chance that the item will not include all sizes of earbud tips. I bought this item, returned, and ordered again. Neither of the two refurbished items included a complete set of earbud tips. I'm not here to act as a consultant for Best Buy but I hope they read this and take appropriate action. It's a waste of all parties' time, energy, and money to ship and reship this until you get a complete set of earbud tips, if that's even possible. Buyer beware.

I was on the fence about purchasing these after reading some reviews but bought them anyways. They arrived clean but were missing some silicone ear tips and of course they were the ones I needed. I called Best Buy and they refund a portion which I thought was fair without any issues. The headphones work great, I use them on a daily basis and I love the way they sound. No issues so far

Terrific sound clarity & noise reduction. Definitely need to review operating features & learn how to operate the sensitive touch points on each earpiece. I unintentionally disconnect phone calls when I reposition my ear piece for comfort

Only one earbud worked, but I was able to return them and get something better

I really like these earbuds. Very comfortable, stable in ear, and since they were refurbished, they were much more affordable. I've had no problems with them, I highly recommend Geek Squad refurbished earbuds. Not sure why, but I trust them more than refurbished ones on Amazon. The little antennae allows you to run, move, whatever, without worrying about them staying in ear.

These earbuds have been working wonderfully well. The only negative is they don't produce enough bass to my liking. Never had any problems with them falling out.

Love these earbuds for listening to streaming music and podcasts. I'm no audiophile but I find they generally sound good to my ears, but mostly I love the in-ear detection, the auto-pairing with my iPhone, and the ability to make them beep with Find My when they fallen out of my ears overnight.
