Good product and sounds great. The left earbud went out briefly a few time. Hope it was something with the start up.

They headphones arrive in perfect condition and work. Great! I'm using them for several weeks. And they are just as good as a brand new set.

You never know what to expect from a refurbished device but knowing refurbished can mean unwrapped never used OR unwrapped and used I chose to take a risk with my purchase. They are not the the Stiudio3 Beats BUT I am still very happy with the the quality.

I have daith piercings in my ears which make it difficult to find ear buds. These fit great and connect quickly and easily to multiple different devices. Great for zoom meetings, working out and pretty much everything!

not a big fan of headphones generally but bought these for use at the gym and on airplanes. could not believe the quality of the sound and fuctionality. volume and pause buttons are built into the buds-love them!

Sound playback is good. Noise canceling is pretty good, but not any better than the Soundcore buds I have that were at least 30% cheaper. I'm dinging them a star for not having wireless charging. Also having to pull out my phone to adjust volume is a pain. Why not have touch controls for volume. Soundcore has much better configurability in this regard.

I love the fit of these and the wing to help keep them in my ears while I’m working out.

I don’t like that the left ear bud started ripping off and also I always have problems connecting them with my computer or phone. I won’t buy them again.

Picked these up as Geek Squad refurbished and they are very good. I have the over the ear hook Beats Pro and luv them. I have not found any buds I liked until these. They don’t fall out and are comfortable to me.

Best headphones I ever owned, way better than the AirPod Pro. The draw back to these is they hurt your ears after long usage. Otherwise I would say 9 out of 10 grade. Good for refurbished headphones.

I prefer beats over AirPods. I like that they go into your ear. The noise cancellation isn’t as good with the beats, but I think sound is a little better for listening to music.

My product came out of the box practically new. It was missing the standard medium-sized ear tips, but the larger ones managed to fit my ear anyway. The refurbished at least comes with the smaller and larger tips.

I bought this to use at worl and traveling around. They hold up pretty well. I like that you can use either headphone not just the right like my Bose set. Gteat sound but the noise canceling isnt as good as Bose.
