I have tried larger tips, smaller tips and everything in between. The only reason why I won’t return them is because of the restocking fee. Very disappointed

The right ear bud stopped working now Best Buy will not return the or fix since it’s outside the 30 day return policy. Now I have to deal with the manufacturer to try to get them fixed or replaced.

Not what I have came to expect of Beats!

These do NOT stay in my ears at all. I spent most of my time catching them as the were falling out of my ears or pressing pause trying to get them adjusted. Plus the sound was not that great and the “noise canceling” was a joke.

They threw away the medium ones, and then the ear piece was full of wax. The box they came in was dirty on the inside. So i didn't try them. Just too nasty to put in my ear.
