These are supposed to be refurbished but the left head phone doesn't work at all. At first I thought it may just be the cord but it wasn't. Someone needs to spend a little more time inspecting these so called "refurbished" items before sending them out.

Bought these for my daughter who is autistic. She needed a pair of headphones and I decided to go to Best Buy so she could try them on. The headphones had to "fit" right. She's 6 and has no clue who Dr Dre is or ever heard of beats, but they fit the best. She wanted the pink demos she tried on but they didn't have them, and the only pink ones available were refurbished and had to be ordered. The girl at the service desk was great. When they came in luckily my daughter wasn't home so I opened them and tried them. They sounded AWFUL, only one side worked and even that side didn’t sound right took them back.they offered me another refurbished pair which I declined. I would have bought a new pair but pink was not available. Got my money back and after a lot of searching and phone calls I found a pair at target.

It is ok for the cost you are spending but can get still better deals

They are broken and when I asked customer support about it they told me to contact geek squad. Not impressed at all. Should have bought them new

I bought this for my son about 9 months ago. They arrived in the beats box and included everything. I was nervous buying refurbished, but I have not had one issue.

I like it a lot. The sound is awesome. Strongly Recommend

I already owned a pair of these brand new but when I saw them prices @ $99 open box and listed as (Excellent) condition I had to take Bestbuy for their word however when I received shipment I new there was a problem from the second I opened the box. The full package was not present 1st, the case was filthy and beyond used to the point the stitch was coming undone. The inner lining of the headphone was brownish (Clearly used), then when connected there was only crackling audio in one ear. I tried my newer line and still same thing so clearly these were not checked before shipment and somehow passed. I am a regular Bestbuy client and this put the worst taste in my mouth. Then it gets worse the filthy case smelled like feet and when I went to return them the very next day and expressed my frustration to customer service she did not seem to care and acted as if this were very normal. DON'T BUY THE OPEN BOX ITEMS. Fork up the extra $100 and you will have piece of mind as well.

These headphones actually had really great quality, but it did not last too long before there was sound distortion. I only had them for 4 months. I do not think it is worth wasting at least $100 if the headphones start acting up in no time. On top of that, there was no warranty offered, no plan. I traded it in, they only gave me back $11.90, which I find ridiculous. Don't buy it, that's my response.

DO NOT BUY REFURSHIED headphones!!!!! I bought a studio headphones refurbished worked for 5 months then one day just died. And because its refurbished and bought online there is NO WAY to get it fixed!!! Apple,Best Buy and Geek squad refused to help. they all say they can't do anything. I love "Beats headphones" this was 2nd pair. BUT DON'T BUY REFURBISHED!!!!!!! EITHER BUY IN THE STORE OR PAY FULL RETAIL ON SITE. WITH WARRANTY

I purchased these "Excellent Condition" open box headphones for my daughter for Christmas. I was told there was a 6 month warranty. I was lied to. The right headphone stopped working and I took them back to Best Buy and was told that the warranty was actually with Apple. I took them to the Apple Store and was told that the warranty had ran out. See...the warranty starts when the first purchase is made. Depending on how long that person has the item, then returns them to the store and however long the store has them before they are sold. Guess what you get....broken headphones that are not covered by Apple or Best Buy. Thank you for the "Geek Squad approved Excellent Condition" piece of junk. Will never purchase from this store again.

Having to return to store. I sure hope Best Buy is testing these items as they claim before they sell them as "open box". One side didn't work at all.

The beats I reiceved were not at all what was promised by "Geek Squad". They came like what seemed, straight from the person that originally bought them new. They were chipped in several places, smelled funny, and were super dirty. Products you wear, like headphones and smartwatches, I wound not recommend buying refurbished.

MAY 30TH-BOUGHT THIS ITEM AS A GIFT BECAUSE BLUES MY DAUGHTERS FAV COLOR. SHE ALREADY HAS AN OLDER RED PAIR IN "GUC/BETTER QUALITY" BUT JUST RECENTLY DECIDED TO USE THE BLUE. i NOTICED A LITTLE WIRE STICKING OUT OF THE END OF THE AUX CORD SO I TOOK THEM BACK TO BEST BUY FOR HELP. THE CASHIER ACTED LIKE I WAS A BOTHER TO HER. WROTE A NUMBER DOWN ON A PIECE OF RECEIPT PAPER AND TOLD ME TO GO ON LINE PRINT OUT A SUMMARY AND TAKE IT TO APPLE.~THE END. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BEST BUY.
