These beats are the best ear buds ever.When I tell you that you can’t hear no outside noises,And you can use your Bluetooth to communicate effectively.When I bought them I thought hey nothing can beat air pods.But guess what I was wrong.These are the best Beats by Dre ever..

First refurbished item I have purchased from Best Buy and I have to say I am disapointed. I saved $$ which is good, however the ear buds looked like someone just tossed it in the box. The ear tips fell out and were rolling around, I lost one (or my dog ate it), when I hold them both in one hand there is loud feedback/wistling. I’ve never had this from Beats ear buds. Everything I read says this happens when they have ear wax in them. Maybe I set my expectations too high. When I have purchased refurbished items from Apple you could never tell they had been refurbished. The earbuds themselves work great but the lack of care in the cleaning and repackaging concerns me.

I was scared at first to get a product that was open-box: however this was an amazing buy and at an even better price.

The beats were good and I think they are really good product

I love these more than I did the airpods I had previously. The sound quality is great and they fit better in my ears since my ears are on the small size.

Love the noise canceling and is very convenient and useful. Price was excellent

Walking around they listening to a tour guide app they were great. On an airplane not so much. If I put the plane’s headphones over the Beats it work good but I had to be very still because the pause button was pressed.

Bought two one works great but the other has static in the left earbud. Must return for a replacement. The other one works great and has nice full spectrum sound

Great for listening to music on u tube, great sound. Love the case they store in, don't have to go and try to find one. Mine are refurbished but find nothing wrong with them. Only thing missing were the medium size ear plugs, however the small ones fit me just fine.

The sound is not very impressive, it's actually not even comparable to other brand name earbuds. It is acceptable though, mainly due to the price being a little lower. I'm happy with everything else.

Great sound quality in a cheap case. I was super impressed with the fit, and the sound that came out of the beats but not impressed with the quality that the beats came in. The case could have been made a little bit better but overall I give it five stars because the sound is amazing.

The beats are amazing!! They’re the best to use when doing stuff around the house or just relaxing. When I don’t want to hear the people around me I just put noise canceling on.

Good sounds with the noise cancellation. I really recommend it.
