Be careful purchasing refurbished items

These eat buds started out good but then after about a month, when I would try to use to talk on a phone call, people could barely hear me. However, if I’m playing music they are fine. I feel like you get what you pay for and I should have just brought the brand new buds.

I decided to keep them and try them out, but they echo really bad when I'm talking on the phone and they don't stay connected to my phone. I thought these were supposed to be great headphones but they don't work for me.

As others have stated, they re in "like new" condition. However, I bought three of these and all were missing the (M) size eartips. I guess that what the refurbishment process means. Just remove the eartips that were most likely used and sell as a refurb. With the price dropping to $99, it's better just to go with new.
