This is the second pair of studio wireless I have had that did not hold up. I love the sound, but the durability leaves you out a large sum of money in a short amount of time.

I paid $300 for beats headphones and one side did not work. Best Buy itself returned the item but I'm disappointed in the quality in such expansive headphones.

The price for the beats was excellent but one side of the headphones did not work and because they were refurbished I was given my money back

Owned the headphones for 2 weeks and stopped working. I expected them to last a lot longer than that.

headphones arrived and i immediately realized something was wrong, they left ear cup had a strong beating sound in it as if something was out of place and left music inaudible. had even harder time at store exchanging it for another refurb item. they tried to make me pay the difference, horrible,

Got these on sale and waited for almost 3 weeks and when they finally arrived they did not work. These would not charge and took them to geek squad at local store and they confirmed these were damaged. To top that off when tried to replaced them item was no longer available to re order so granted I got a full refund but did not get product I was hoping to get.

Purchase these head phones and right ear stop working within one week

No black charging unit included! I wrote an email with no response!

I've had most of the Beats that have come out over the last four years, but the wireless are the best available. Spring the extra $80 and move freely without the cables getting hooked on every door handle you walk passed.

It stuns me and it has a buzz when I turn them on.

Terrific sound, but the muffs are so tight and insulated that my ears become hot after 30 minutes. The bass and acoustics are on point, but the battery life. I have had them for four years and still use them occasionally.

I just got my headphones and see that there's a few original stickers peeled off of the Beats Box. Also, there's a small scratch on the silver bezel/ring near the ear cushion. Other than that, headphones are working wonderfully for me. The sound is crisp and the wireless function is very convenient. Best of all, I payed less for these headphones than most.

I originally had reservations about purchasing a pair of headphones open box but, they look great and sound even better. No issues here.

The headphones sound great! They are everything I was hoping for at a better price than buying brand new. My disappointment is with Best Buy. The description specifically stated "what comes in the box" and listed was a power adapter and a USB cord to recharge the headphones, things that are supposed to come standard with a new set. These two items didn't show up in the box. When I emailed and asked to have the proper items be sent to me I was told that they were sorry and offered me a $20 gift card to get the missing items (which would not be original manufacturer products.) If I didn't like that option, I was basically told "tough, take the $20 or return them." Looking on their website, you can't get a decent cable/power plug set (I don't want these $200+ phones to fry after 3 charges with a cheap cord and plug) for under $24.99 and that is before tax. If a different box had been pulled to ship to me, would this have happened? All I wanted was the Beats headphones and all original items that were promised. I would recommend the headphones for their sound, but I also warn to prepare yourself for dealing with Best Buy.

Great quality, lasted 4 years so far. Just the cushions wore out now.

This is my second pair. Love the noise cancelling and sound this product provides. Dislike how the product was packaged. No user manual, box was ripped on the corner and then taped back together. Makes me wonder how long these things will hold up, since it's clearly seen better days and was tossed around. Terrible job Best Buy. Don't purchase refurbished.
