I bought these beats headphones refurbished online on the BestBuy website. When I got them, they turned on. However, they would not charge when I plugged them in. I had to take them to the store and go through Geek Squad. They ended up just sending them to Apple and then I had to come back to retrieve them from the store. The process took a pretty long time but the customer service was pretty good. It was a lot of hoops to jump through. Since I went to get them back from the store (took a couple of weeks to repair) they work fine and I'm happy with the product. That's all I got.

They arrived poorly packaged and the volume control price was broken— so it hadn’t been completely refurbished. I returned them and got the Solo 3s as they were on sale.

The bluetooth connected easily, the active noise cancellation works okay. The main control button sometime get stuck when you press it and then unstick, maybe it's because of my refurb unit. I use them at the gym, although they are not sweat proof, they haven't caused any issues yet and I just wipe them down afterwards so they don't smell and stain. I would not buy them at full retail price or even at the usual sales price since there are better options out there in those ranges. I got these at a very low refurb price and I am for the most part happy with the purchase.

I bought this for my daughter after I received an email about the deal of the day and this was on there. My daughter had been bugging me for this so when they were on the daily deal I bought them for her and she uses them everyday.

Was mailed a defected set at first. Had to call and they shipped me a working pair. The new pair works great! No scratches no problems so far.

on the assumption that the target demo is teenagers, I'll admit that these squeeze my ears to the point of being uncomfortable. I can only wear them for an hour-ish at a time. Another thing is battery life....if I don't turn them off, they "stay on" and drain the battery pretty fast. I was HOPEFUL that I could get day(s) of low volume listening.....is not even really a full work day, which had me pretty disappointed. that said, I do love their sound....just wish it didn't have annoyances - especially at this price point

They’ve been a good set of headphones. The noise cancellation and sound quality can be better, but I am satisfied with my purchase.

The refurbish left side headphones did not work. I exchanged and pay the difference for a new headphones. The new headphones seema to be working out well.

I bought these to use when traveling on a plane. They work great. They keep out all the outside noise so all I hear is my music. Would definitely recommend them.

It's honestly 99.99% perfect, sometimes the music will kind of skip but that rarely happens. It wasn't that big of a deal. But they did a good job of fixing it

I bought this refurbished. Came in a great packing almost new. Great sound but what is the point when you can't have it on for more than 10 minutes. They are too tight on the head. And my head size is average. Even with the soft cushioning for ear pads, it started to hurt and I have to return. Good for only people with small head.

I am very satisfied with the performance, sometimes ther is a lag while switching from mobile to laptop wireless connection

Great headphones. It was very easy to sync them with my phone and they came with a charge so I could listen right away.
