I did not realize that these were refurbished. Even then the volume button did not work.

Sadly these didn’t live up the hype of Beats headphones being so amazing. The sound cuts in and out so we had to return them. Disappointed.

It Is a great product came clean, no scratches, and very good packaging compared them to new nests sound the same and even sound a little louder but overall great product. Would recommend

I am not cook with earbuds so I have gone with cheap earphones in the past. My granddaughter said these were good and she was right. The comfort, controls, and specially the sound is excellent. It is interesting to listen to Dylan, Sabbath, NWA, old people's music, and hear instruments I never heard before. Very happy. Oh, the noise cancelling works with wives as well, added bonus!

I bought them in store but I would rate these a 10/10! sound quality is perfect, battery lasts long and they are truly noise cancelling! Buy these !!

Headphones were faulty and fell apart . Battery life was about half hour

So I got two Pairs, got a replacement, both had issues with staying connected. Sometimes in the middle of the playing the audio will cut off or if i pause the video for a short time will not play the audio when video plays. After wearing them for a while the ear muffs (not sure what they are called) wear down fast. Very sadden with this, since the audio is wonderful and noise cancelling is amazing! The charge is quick like listed but the other issues just make it so annoying.

The headphones were excellent , have worked perfectly and their condition was according to the description until the internal right side above the speaker started to crack with no apparent reason. I scheduled an appointment with the Geek Squad at the store after verifying that they were an Apple authorized service center and the experience was terrible. the guy at the desk was terrible, did not offered any options , even though i offered to pay for the service. he only recommended to call Apple instead... I recommend new buyers to go directly to the manufacturer's online stores when looking to safe some bucks buying refurbished electronics ... Bestbuy's Geek Squad does not offer any advantage.

Headphones where damaged, they didn't work properly and it was awful.

If there was a 0, I'd go for that. Bought these and the bluetooth didnt even connect to my phone. Factory reset this pair literally like 100x. Still nothing. Biggest disappointment in the world. Save yourself some heartache, go buy the Sony ones.

Mine don’t work, it works for like 10 minutes then they completely turn off even if I charged them the whole night
