I know these were refurbished earbuds, but still they were so bad I had to return them. There was an awful ringing noise in the right earbud that I had to return them.

I love my noise cancelling beats earphones. The quality of sound is great. Easy to pair with phone.

Noise cancelling sucks, i get overstimulated my noise, and these didn't help it seemed to do nothing. They're constantly falling out of my ears even if i wash both my ears and the headphones. It's hard keeping track of the case, and both headphones when they constantly come out. I wouldn't walk on the stairs with these because they may fall out and someone will step on it. These are god awful, if you want good headphones don't get these.

Doesn't work anymore was refurbished and now they need to be refurbished again

Only my right ear bud works. The pop up notification only says air pods. I don’t even have air pods. I wish I could return these..

Returned the item as main M size rubber tip was missing inside the box

The noise cancellation did not work so I returned the item

One ear bud was missing. Called and was told another would be send. That order was canceled without an explanation. Only found out when I called because new ear buds were not received. Was send a return label but I had to buy a return envelope

Definitely not what I thought they’d be the left one stopped working probably like a month after use, they were refurbished.

Great quality and design, this is my 2nd pair as I lost one bub so I needed to replace them.

Purchased the earphones primarily for the noise reduction feature. Unfortunately I didn’t hear a difference compared to my 2 yr old regular Air Pods. Returned for a refund.

I was excited to happen on these beats! I bought two sets, one for each of my kids. However, they don’t hold a charge! After an hour or so, they die. It takes awhile to charge them as well. Bad deal.

gave them to my grandson for his birthday in May and only one of the ear buds work. By then it was too late to return.

Didn’t even come with any of the ear tips, or charger. Literally just gave me the buds and the case.

Bought refurb set. Case came greasy and missing one earbud. Looked like a good product but cant verify since item wasnt complete. Will order another set but new this time.

I purchased the refurbished beats studio buds twice. Both times they did not function properly. I figured one time being off could be refurbished not being up to snuff but the second time I decided its not a coincidence. Best buy told me "well that's what you get when buying refurbished" and Apple told me they just cannot help me beyond "reset them". The issue is a sound hiccup every few minutes when listening to music or audio books. I cannot recommend this product less.

Great price but I personally didn't like the noise cancelling feature. It almost worked too good but the actual sound itself wasn't all that great either.
