I had one minor question. I called and was told they do not provide tech support to that system. But they could schedule me for a $99 in house set-up. I did schedule it but after I got my question answered on the Netgear web-site I cancelled the appointment. My previous router was from Netgear and never had any problems. I hope the same is true with this one because I have no confidence that the geek squd will be of any help.

Had to cancel bc no one ever called to set up appointment. I called and always got routed to another store where no one could help. The worst process. Use another company!

I purchased the 2 year geek squad service at the time of my router purchase. I have called NUMEROUS TIMES to get them out here and NEVER WAS ABLE TO GET SOMEONE TO SHOW UP! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY...

Every time I have an issue with service it takes over 1 hour to get someone on the phone that can help then they schedule the last appointment to the wrong address

Only thing that this service is great for is because of B.B. carries the product and easy to schedule. But the service itself is below average

No e-mail, no call , no service? Geek Squad dropped the ball.

They don’t call for the designated time and date. They never showed up what a waste.
