Not the best service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had them come to my house to fix my computer. Then when they got here, they said they couldn't do whatever it was I needed - that I had to take my computer to the store.

Not Happy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having paid nearly $150 for added protection, I was totally disappointed that I had to pay for a service call that took all of five minutes. Nothing done but a verbal suggestion.

Geek Squad warranty is fantastic
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was unsure if I should subscribe to the warranty on my computer and I have found that is it the best thing I could have done. The Geek Squad personnel are so courteous and really know what they are doing. Very happy with the service.

Did not work.

Please head on over to www.geeksquad.com/chat to set up an online service so we can see if we can get that working for you remotely. That service will be included in your Geek Squad 24/7 Support plan so it won’t cost you anything extra. If we can’t do it remotely we can set you up with a reservation to visit us in person.
