    I had them come to my house to fix my computer. Then when they got here, they said they couldn't do whatever it was I needed - that I had to take my computer to the store.

    After having paid nearly $150 for added protection, I was totally disappointed that I had to pay for a service call that took all of five minutes. Nothing done but a verbal suggestion.

    Geek Squad warranty is fantastic

    I was unsure if I should subscribe to the warranty on my computer and I have found that is it the best thing I could have done. The Geek Squad personnel are so courteous and really know what they are doing. Very happy with the service.

    Hooked it up to my laptop, downloaded software and it did not work. Would not read a DVD.
