My HP Touchsmart had a harddrive crash just 13 mos. after I got it. Not happy. It's about my fifth HP, and I have been very happy with them. Was told by Geek Squad that I had to purchase a service plan to get it fixed. Bummer. It was done two days after I thought it would be, and when I got it home and set up, I saw that the shell was not put back together. So, now I'm not a happy camper. I haul it back, when the manager quickly came to my aid, apologized for what had happened and put it back together again--this time, correctly.He could not have been nicer or more helpful I had many more questions following which led me to swing by the department quite frequently the following two weeks. Every visit was met by courteous and professional "agents." I wound up purchasing some other new technology, which was beyond my comprehension. I was taught how to use it properly and made to feel welcome with any questions or concerns I might have down the road.The customer servcie Geek Squad agents provided was exemplary.

I need tech support since I'm not knowledgeable enough, so this is the best available option for me

College student son home for winter break when HP laptop computer began to run poorly - slow! Took it to store where purchased for free diagnostic but couldn't find any virus .. offered service plan (not purchased when new) that had same price as "Best Buy", but their 2nd year was double while "Best Buy" offered 2nd year for 40% more ($80 vs $199). Geek Squad found hard drive failing and replacement labor cost was included in service plan. They also provided info on getting "backup disks" from HP and had repairs finished before son had to return to school. Plan included "Webroot" anti virus protection for up to 3 computers (all also covered under tech support plan).

The geek support is amazing they have been more than helpful when i have called in with any issues

I get it with all my purchases threw best buy.. if I have any problems at all I can call geek squad 24/7. I can also take my product to best buy and they look at it.. saves a lot of money in the long run

Love the Geek Squad people. Don't know what I would do without them as I am not very computer savvy. They have always been able to solve my problems when there was an issue.

One of my biggest frustrations is when things go wrong with my tech. Enter the Geek Squad to help me. I dont have the patience to tinker when my tech goes haywire on me so I am glad I have these guys.

I have not needed the geek squad at my home But they did help me in store. they could answer all my questions quickly and gave me answers to things I didnt even think of. highly recommend having them.

Have only had three or four issues related to outside software installs. Geek squad was able to guide me through processes to insure proper and successfull installation.

I am happy with this membership. This way i can save myself on accidental damage of my product.

When you included 3 devices it makes sense and just makes things move along quicker. Instead of waiting for a complete failure its possible to prevent that and more Well done ,good value and service.

I think that if you are going to purchase anything that "May EVER" need support then this is a must. Thus far I have interacted with them twice since purchasing the 1 year plan and it was well worth it.

So far they have fixed my computer 2 times cleaned it up and got it up and running while I watched tv and in very little time. I suggest this as a major purchase when getting any electrical products.

I reluctantly agreed to buy the coverage because so many electronics have problems today. I do find the price to be excessive. It cost as much for the service plan as my computer...shocking!

Geek support was very helpful in loading all products that I purchased with my surface pro 3.

Geek squad helped set up everything on our Lenovo. I always received helpful answers. It covers 3 devices. I took my older laptop to Geeksquad for repair. This is so necessary to us - so I renewed it!

I have used this service on my computers and they are fast, efficient and solve my problem. They answer all my questions. They are great for people who are not so computer savvy. Worth every dollar!
