    they are super helpful. any problem you have they can help you over the phone or you can bring your product directly to them and they can troubleshoot it for you

    when I got my membership in NH they kept pushing the appointments, took my laptop in and was told I needed a hard drive, made an appointment in south Florida, took my second laptop in and was told I needed a hard drive (seems to be the answer for everything), when I went to pick up the laptop had to wait an hours before getting to the counter. hard to believe they only have I service tech working at a time

    Techs have a good understanding of my computer. They are able to give me a quicker assessment with a better pricing structure than experienced in earlier dealings.

    Got this for half the regular price when buying it with a laptop (deal at the time); turns out to be a great resource, and it's nice to have that added security.

    Geek Squad will listen to the problem, sometimes they make you feel as if you are an idoit. Put if possible they will resolve the problem, not always the fastest.

    I had a great experience with the Geek Squad tech support. They fixed my computer in about 3 days. Had it fixed by someone else before & it took about 2 months.

    I called the geek squad to see if they could help me download a Microsoft product on to my tablet. They told me I needed to go online and chat with someone to see if they could help me. I went online and did the chat and they told me that they could not help me and that I needed to take my tablet to the store and they could resolve my issue. I went to the store and the first "tech" didn't know how to use my tablet and I had to show her how to get to certain places. She couldn't help me so she had call another "tech" he did not know how to use my tablet either. he directed me to go to an online chat with Microsoft. We waited for about 10 minutes and he said he was going to go google my problem. While he was in the back googling my problem I figured out that you had to be in desktop mode to use the online chat feature so I switched over and when he came back he could not remember how to get back to the online chat. We finally found it and started the online chat. Microsoft ultimately could not help me and they advised to call the surface dept. He read the message and walked to a computer to google the problem again. I had to call the surface department on my personal phone and find the answer myself. I was on the phone for 30 minutes and by the time I got off the phone he was gone and I didn't see him anywhere so I left the store. Really bad experience.
