geek squad set up. answered all questions, lot of help

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job on my computer. It works faster and the problem I brought it in with is gone. I am very happy with the service provided

I like the fact that I can have my computer looked at eny time.

took a computer in and it was diagnosed in less than 30 minutes

good job but being without computer for 8+ days was disruptive

Tech service department is very well managed and anyone that I have been assigned to help was friendly and went about their tasks in a professional manner.

I would reccomend the tech support to anyone who is purchasing cômputers especially if you arent tech savvy-it will save you a lot of time & frustration.

my laptop was hacked and it was a nightmare for me. The Geek squad did a great job of cleaning up my laptop and recommendations on downloading products.

I am a not computer literate and I'm sure I needed more help than the average customer. They were extremely patient and worked with me until "I got it".

I have been on the phone two or three times for over and hour to get problem solved. People are very patient with me since I'm not that computer literate.

With the purchase of a new computer-I figured that I would need initial help and was I ever right--geek squad was patient and served my needs at the time

I like that the tech support is 24/7. I like the exclusive how-to videos that members can use. I have had good experiences with geek squad in the past.

In general, iI have been very, very satisfied with tech support. Only once did I get someone who did not help me, requiring a call back to someone else.

Fix took a very long time, only to end up with a system restore I could have done myself. Had to make appointments to pick up, only to wait (once for over 20 minutes). Agents seemed overwhelmed with work and not very knowledgeable. Called in for help cleaning up a second computer. Within minutes, agent had that one stuck in a boot loop. Had to go through the same long frustrating process with second computer, long fix time, and another system restore/replaced hard drive on a computer that was working when we called for a little help to make it faster. Dissatisfied completely as the whole experience was a big hassle.

I have tried to get computer/techno questions answered at different times about different items and usually don't get my questions answered and remain confused. I've been wary about calling. Not GeekSquad's fault -- but even the initial set up in the store left me somewhat confused.
