Got this on a previous laptop. Out of the box, the power button wouldn't work randomly. Brought it in, showed them and they replaced it on the spot. I won't buy any high-end electronics without it.

I absolutely love the Geek Squad. Anytime I have a question or a problem, all I have to do is call them. The geek Squad also set up my new computer and printer and were very nice and professional.

I can always rely on the geek squad to help me out when I don't know what I'm doing. And usually they can do it remotely so I don't even have to leave home!! Worth every Penney!
