    Always a nice to have the peace of mind that if something goes wrong, the extended warranty (with drops and spills) will most likely cover it.

    As always, anytime I purchase something eligible for GSP I always include it. As soon as I don't, something goes wrong, and then I'm screwed.

    Be careful what they do

    The turn around time was great; we specifically took the lap top in for an issue we were having. When I started it up the first time at home, though, I was quite surprised. The tech had deleted programs (that weren't ones that were causing issues...ones I use everyday) and moved things around. They changed the start up tool bar, and deleted Firefox and loaded Google Chrome instead. If they're going to do that, the tech needs to let the customer know that ahead of time. I spoke with local manager, who acknowledged that wasn't the way they usually did things, and told me to bring the computer back and they'd set it up anyway I desired. He agreed the tech shouldn't have done what he did. I would recommend the service, but be careful on instructions to them.

    Have to disconnect everything and physically take to the store only to have them have it for well over a week. Very cumbersome and the unit malfunctioned shortly after being "serviced". Not confident with their service personnel qualifications.
