I purchased a year of Geek Squad Tech Support with my new laptop. I know enough about tech but not enough to fix computers if they are failing. I got this for $99 with my new computer. The best part about this is it is good for three computers/devices. I already used it for Geek Squad to fix my failing Desktop. They did a FANTASTIC job and brought my desktop back to life. It is performing like new after they fixed it. They work very quick as long as they do not have to send it back to the factory. If they can fix it themselves it is a quick process. I will use this for my laptop to add more RAM, and my parents computer that keeps acting up. Overall I am very happy with this purchase of Geek Squad Tech Support. I wasn't sure at first but they made me a believer right off the bat.

I am not a computer whiz by any means but the helpful staff keeps me in the loop and explains problems even I can understand.

The Geek Squad took really good of my failing hard drive. Worked with me to find the right products.

Geek Squad help in home is very good. The agent was early for the appointment and made sure our new computer was set up correctly. He was very personable and knowledgeable and made sure our questions were answered. Several days later when there was an issue with our email, the phone help turned into an online chat. For us that was not the kind of support we wanted. We were put on hold and transferred several times and after an hour we were told by the agent she couldn't find an issue. Luckily something must have been done to resolve it because at this time there is no issue with our email. I would recommend in home service, but you really need to have some time for the phone/ online chat support.

Got this tech support for a computer for my mother-in-law. Its been great in getting her help with the computer. No complaints!
