Purchased this as extra protection for my daughter going away to college, she has used this service and it was fantastic.

Techs are smart, and friendly, they provide tons of information and if you are tech savy adjust to help you in everyway.

I bought 3 yr. Coverage because that is usually the life of a computer. Will see how well they take care of me in 2 yes!!!

Whatever I need geek squad does it they help me get my mail they help with virus they are great

Geek Squad tech support has been very responsive to service calls I have made over the past 6 months.

Have not had to use service really. Had to purchase as part of repair/diagnostics on brand new levono computer that had boot issues or pay and get nothing going forward. somewhat of a racket but hopefully covers me for the future.

My experience with the Geek Squad was pretty bad, I have been buying stuff there from ages but I never had them fix anything until these past few years, they ruined 3 of my computers and t hey always said "sorry but we did all we could". I blame myself, I should have read the reviews before I take my stuff there. 2 of my laptops I took for a cleanup and update as they recommend and a desktop I took to transfer stuff to a new hard drive. Now the three of them are gone. I lost a lot of stuff thanks to the Geek Squad, I am done with them. Now I backup stuff to externals and have duplicates of everything

I love the Geek Squad they are the hole reason I shop at best buy. The warranty and support have always been stellar!

The technical support needs to be more consistant. There are some excellent ones who correct the problem, explain and educate you, and do more to help your computer run without issues and perform better. But there are some who do not really find the issue you contacted them about, and give you wrong information on why you are having the problem, example: one advised me the software (the protection package I bought from them) was the problem and my computer could not run it correctly, it had already been running for months. I would also like to see them do more clean up of usless items, etc., on my computer. You just have to hope you get a good one, and then things will run smooth.

good buy because you can use it for up to two more products whether you need that or not good option for future buys

I have never been happier about tech support than I have with Geek squad. Definitely worth every penny.

I had to get backup for my hard drive on my hp laptop. The line was long, but the service was excellent and very fast.
