Had issues with my Safari on my MacBook. Geek squad explained the issue and fixed it. Do not stay if there is only one employee in the afternoon as you will be waiting for 2-3 hours regardless of your appointment time.

We hope to never use the Geek Squad but wanted to cover our butts just in case. We heard they are very useful.

They can fix anything!!! Great problem solvers and great customer service.. They fixed my laptop the same day!

This makes twice in 30 years I have bought a service plan that turned out to be worth anything to me. Yippee! Having my computers running correctly is of such importance to me, and now I have someone on call to help me make sure that is accomplished. Two days ago, my husband's laptop got infected with a virus. We couldn't get the computer to let us do anything, so we rushed over to Best Buy and asked for help. Within an hour, the laptop was back to normal and we were back at home attending to life. What an awesome thing it is, to finally have someone else I can rely on to help me keep our hectic lives running! The guys over there are great, everyone is friendly and helpful, and they know what they are doing. Thank you Geek Squad!

I have never had an issue with them! The best out there! I always get the extra on all my best buy purchases!

Laptop had several issues and finally gave in to taking back to Best Buy (laptop 4 years old). Tech looked it over and asked me lots of questions and made sure he had the exact description of issues. Reviewed them with me and stayed in touch via email as to progress of repair. No surprises and powered up laptop before we left the store to make sure it was working properly and explained what to expect. Went over added security and malware software detector. Situations fixed to satisfaction.

I couldn't get around all the electronics without this service. Everyone that I have used has great patience.

While it's great to be able to call someone to find some help, if they can't figure it out over the phone then it's unfortunate that you have to drive so far to get in-person assistance - and then have to wait 2 - 3 times longer than your confirmed appointment time. Agents are only able to help with a selective amount of issues - so after paying $150+ for computer support, you still have to drop additional $ to get whatever is wrong with the computer fixed. All agents were very nice though - and minimal scheduling for agent availability isn't their fault. It would be a case-by-case basis on whether I would recommend this service to a friend or not.

I like this Tech Support as you can take your device to any Geed Squad or online Geek Squad for Tech issues.

Geek Squad has rescued two of our laptops from viress. It took sometime but it was worth the wait!

My husband got me this for my MacBook Pro! It helpful for installing programs and spyware on my MacBook pro

Haven't had to use the squad yet. But, going away to college and hoping it will come in handy if I need it!

I have not had to use this plan yet, but in the past their protection plans have really been a lifesaver!

Great service and my computer worked great after service. Upon pick up there was a very long line of people picking up/dropping off and I was told I couldn't just pick my computer up even though I had no questions.

I have such peace of mind knowing if an issue arises with my laptop that I have the Geek squad to help me.
