For someone like me who knows nothing about how to fix computers, this service is wonderful. The knowledgeable staff had my very slow, impossible-to-use computer up and running at optimal speed again after leaving it with them only about three days. I am so grateful! I purchased a plan that allows me to bring three devices in for repair, so I have a couple of other computers I plan to bring to them that I had given up on long ago. I've already more than paid for the service just in the one repair I've already had done. This is a great value, and I recommend the Geek Squad to anyone who is technologically challenged, as I am.

Used Geek Squad to clean up all the annoying software that comes on a new PC. They did it, no issues.
