Had to use them a lot the first 3days or so. Some agents more knowledgeable then others. Had a lot of problems with window 8 and flash. Finally after about the 5th guy I talked to, he told me there was a lot of issues with Internet explorer and flash and suggested I use another browser. Using chrome and no problem but it was a lot of time spent before someone told me that!

It was nice to have their support in case I have any questions or issues.

I had some waranty repairs on a Samsung big screen via Geeks and got referred to a local servicing agent. Process went smoothly and local service provider was excellent with no hassels. Also had some Geek services with my new Toshiba laptop. Initial operating system was not loaded properly and Geeks got is up and running fast. BUT--- this was once I got the really smart Geek. She was really sharp! Thanks ! So far my experiences with Geek support are quite good. HINT: Always try to visit the Geeks on weekdays during the day, when the store is not crazy.
