Had my computer cleaned and fixed in a very short time. Was able to get what I needed done so that I could go to my appointment. The Tech knew what he was doing and by having access to my machine, the time and unavailability was that plagues a service tech was gone direct access. Plus now by having this service available to me 24/7 I don't have to worry about any new bugs my protection can't handle anymore. Great product and impeccable service.

I've used The Geek Squad to help me load new security software on my home PC (which also required the former software to be uninstalled) and onto a new laptop, and to help me install Microsoft 2013 on the laptop. This process took a couple of hours (due to in part to my PC being almost 10 years old). I spoke with a couple of different representatives. Both were very knowledgable, funny, patient, friendly, and spoke in terms I could understand.

I ended up getting the Geek Squad tech services for 3 years. this covers up to three computers in my household and included antivirus. the only thing I didn't really like was I thought it was a little expensive, but I can't fix my own computer so I need the help.

I am electronically challenged. Not a full fledged dummy, but definitely challenged. So, when I bought my Kindle Fire HD Tablet, I also purchased help from the Geeks for one year. I don't think I could have set it up and got it running without their help. It took me two trips to the store for additlional help but the Geeks were helpful and friendly and didn't make me feel stupid. I love the peace of mind knowing help is there if I need it.

The Geek Squad has a great plan. I dropped off my computer after a crash. The agent was thorough with his questions. A repair expert called the next day and double checked the info I had given. He offered some extra options which saved some files. Work was fast and thorough. When I picked up the computer the agent reviewed the work with me and offered advice. I've used other computer shops and none had this level of expertise and competency.

We bought new laptops for my wife and I. We needed tech support to set them up properly and to answer our questions. After our year was up we decided to renew for another year... good insurance. We have been happy with our experience. They are really busy though and you need to be patient.

I bough this support package with my new all in one touchscreen computer because it covered up to three devices. I have used it for the laptop that the new computer replaced. They got it back in top condition and it is a good usable laptop now. No complaints.

Brought our tower in for virus removal, added new hard drive. Work was done well and agents very helpful, except we did not understand where our data had been migrated to on the new hard drive. Not clear explanation..had to return to store with tower for clarity.

So far the service has been good. It's reassuring to know that I can contact the geek squad 24/7. This is a great benefit to me especially since I don't have any little kids to help me. I'm especially appreciative of the fact that the geek squad speaks English.

The Geek Squad tech in the store was able to see and solve the problem. On Line - they tried very hard but could did not solve the problem. The sales people in the store sold me the wrong adapter - twice.

When my computer was returned to me, everything was explained to me in great detail. They did not try to up-sale anything to me, and in fact, recommended trying something before spending extra money. Although in the end their suggestion did not work, when I came back, they were more than happy to help me choose the best product for my needs. Again, done without any pressure to buy the most expensive product, only that which I required.

I have yet to use the Geek Squad for anything other than the Solution Center but if they are like the Solution Center it will be wonderful. The girls I have had so far (all females not by request just who is on duty) have been so helpful and can answer all my questions and wait while I write down the answers. I have already recommended to several people wanting to buy a laptop that they do it at Best Buy because of the Geek Squad help

I was replacing an old laptop and needed help getting files transferred in a hurry - the techs were GREAT. I called aleast 3 times in the first two days after purchase and was very satisfied each time. Also had a majorI conflict with Google and Explorer and OUtlook and they resolved it quickly.

Purchased new computer with Windows 8 - totally different operating system than Windows XP so lots of training issues. Geek squad walked me thru every issue and even (by remote action) downloaded Kaspersky anti-virus, including software updating on the computer. It's really the best purchase I made this year and I anticipate getting my money's worth.

I give the tech support a triple "thumbs up". They are great. They are patient and easy to communicate with. They really understand your situation and will be whatever is needed to correct it! I have had to call and chat for advice and care for my laptop and they were always friendly and talked to me as a friend not as another call who is boring them.

I needed help with new computer and the Tec. helped me and answered questions that I asked, But he did not have the time to teach me many things I needed to know. I am elderly and the Windows 8 was hard to grasp I need more basic product info then came with sale

I had 2 older computers fixed and the labor for the repairs would of been more than the cost of the plan. My only issue was the Geek Squad Associates at the store counter seem to not have a good process for checking in computers. It took over a half an hour on both visits. Both associates seemed to be experienced, it seemed that there computer system or the process isn't perfected.If you need to wait in a line it will take even longer

I have found the Geek Squad people to be courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in the work. I have called 3 times and in all cases my problem was solved. Timing in getting connected to the right person could be a little better, but it is not a major problem

dropped of two computers that I had screwed up,geek squad was very helpful, they fixed them both.the price was very reasonable and I have a one year membership that will fix up to three devices.kaspersky was included free of charge and installed by the geeks. I had trouble with my email,I contacted the geek squad they were able to fix my problem remotely.I highly recommended their service,especially if you are technically challenged.

Haven't had the opportunity to use, but did renew - my old laptop has some family pictures that I would like to retrieve, it's covered with this plan just need to make time to take it in - the power supply is dead so it won't boot.
